Green human resource management (GHRM) has become popular in recent years. It has grown as a subject of environmental sustainability with the greening of organizations. In this rapidly growing business era, the omni-channel supply chain (OCSC) has also emerged. It is argued that the correlation between environmental effects, human resources, and supply-chain integration is key to the future of business and society. In this study, we propose a synergic and integrative framework to investigate the relationship between GHRM and OCSC. This paper also addresses how this affects the Indonesian shoe manufacturing industry. Resistance to change (RTC) is included as a moderating factor. Samples were taken from 76 managers and chief executive officers in Indonesia, and data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling.
