上岗前交接班
1. 上岗前必须把劳保穿戴整齐：（安全帽、工作服、劳保鞋、护臂、手套）附图片 带齐上班所需的工具（堆垛日志表,记录表,卷尺,印章,手电筒）
2. 提前15分钟到岗开班前会,了解上班生产情况，询问检查设备运转情况及本班需生产的规格和各种注意事项，清点工器具；
3. 认真交接班,检查卫生及堆垛机的运行状况,检查堆垛机各项参数是否合理；
4. 认真交接堆垛平台上的片数、备用架（箱）及堆垛质量，必须在箱票上注明详细信息以便追溯。
堆垛定位
1. 检查备用架（箱）是否符合备架标准
2. 选择堆垛架型，一共4种架型，按照生产计划选择架型，具体操作如下：
