Articolo che non è arrivato entro la data indicata, anzi... non è MAI arrivato! Il fornitore, interpellato via mail, risponde candidamente che ci sono ritardi nella consegna e mi chiede addirittura di cambiare l'ordine con altro articolo. Peccato che fosse un regalo,peccato che volevo regalare proprio questo articolo e peccato che non ho più tempo per comprarlo in negozio. Inconcepibile e scortese la risposta del fornitore che non ha nemmeno offerto una adeguata soluzione. Notare che è la prima volta che mi succede con Amazon, stranamente non c'è mai stato alcun disguido con merce inviata da fornitori italiani...il contrario di ciò che comunemente si pensa. Pessimo servizio Amazon
