Dear Registrant:
NFL Properties LLC (“NFLP”) represents the National Football League (“NFL”) and its thirty-two Member Clubs for the licensing and protection of the names, logos, color and color combinations, uniform designs, slogans and other identifying trademarks of the NFL and its Member Clubs (all marks and content collectively herein, the “NFL Marks”).
The NFL consists of thirty-two Member Clubs as follows: Arizona Cardinals, Atlanta Falcons, Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bears, Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys, Denver Broncos, Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers, Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts, Jacksonville Jaguars, Kansas City Chiefs, Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings, New England Patriots, New Orleans Saints, New York Giants, New York Jets, Oakland Raiders, Philadelphia Eagles, Pittsburgh Steelers, San Diego Chargers, San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks, St. Louis Rams, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tennessee Titans, and Washington Redskins.
The NFL Marks are the subject of numerous United States federal trademark registrations, many of which have become incontestable, as well as a multitude of trademark registrations worldwide. These trademarks and other intellectual property (and various works incidental thereto) are protected around the world under U.S. and international statutory and common law.
It has recently come to our attention that your website(s) listed below has/have been offering for sale and selling headwear, apparel, jerseys, and other products bearing the NFL Marks, which are, in fact, not genuine (the “Counterfeit Products”), and otherwise using the NFL Marks without authorization.
This constitutes a formal request that you immediately provide proof that the goods bearing these trademarks are legitimate goods or remove the material at the following URLs:

Further legal action may be pursued if this situation cannot be resolved. Indeed, illicit use of the NFL Marks on Counterfeit Products constitutes trademark counterfeiting in violation of Federal Trademark Law, 15 U.S.C. § 1051, et seq. (the “Lanham Act”); trademark dilution in violation of Section 43(c) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(c); false designation of origin and false representation in violation of Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a), as well as trademark infringement, dilution and unfair competition.
