we have receipt pending with is backed up against a bank guarantee but due to delays at our bank the guarantee is only being issued today so we do not think the funds will clear our account same day. This means that we can only pay you 40% of the amount we owe you today. The balance to follow as soon as we have the funds which should be no later than next week. We know that getting payment to you is extremely important but I’m sorry that this is the best we can do today as it takes us to the maximum extent of our existing banking facilities.
