Scale reliability was assessed using Cronbach's alpha coefficients. Allcoefficients ranged from 0.73 for strategic intentions of efficiency to 0.87 for informational capabilities and current market performance. Compositereliabilities are in parentheses. Subsequently, confirmatory factoranalysis (CFA) was used to assess each scale's convergent and discriminantvalidity using one measurement model including all main modelconstructs. The results presented in Table 2 reveal acceptable levels ofmodel fit and all factor loadings are large and significant at the 0.01level, providing evidence of convergent validity. To assess discriminantvalidity, AVEs were compared with the shared variance (squared correlation)between pairs of constructs. The AVE was higher than the relatedshared variance in all cases, indicating discriminant validity. The squareroots of the AVEs of the study constructs are on the diagonal in Table 1.
