7.3 Voluntary Prepayment of Loan
(a) The Borrower may, if it gives the Lender not less than 30 Business Days' (or such shorter period as the Lender may agree) prior notice, prepay on the last day of an Interest Period applicable thereto the whole or any part of the Loan (but, if in part, being an amount that reduces the amount of the Loan by a minimum amount of EUR1,000,000 (One Million Euro) andthereafter in integral multiples of EUR10,000 (Ten Thousand Euro)).
