o Common deposit or reservation deposit in accordance with the policies of the developer (the amount of the reservation deposit is VND 50 million/unit) on 01 July 2015.
o Sign DA/SPA following policies of the developer.
o The main SPA holder must be a foreigner or Overseas Vietnamese (foreign passport holder).
o The purchased unit under this 5% discount policy shall not be transferred to any Vietnamese within 12 months.
