We had issues with the gift boxes for the McKenzie BX-1s we just received on PO 138507. Attached are pictures of the problems.

• The seams on the box are splitting. The seam has no glue or little glue. See photo.
• Corners and edges are wrinkled / dented. It appears the individual boxes are packed too tightly in the shipping box and causing damage. When you remove a box from the shipping box, it expands. This may also explain the splitting seams. See photo.
• Box have different shades of color. It appears that old and new boxes were used in this shipment. But when you group a few of the new boxes together, you see various shades, ranging from blue to purple. There is color variation within 1 SKU and between the 2 SKUs.

They have not been officially written up yet, so I don’t know how many parts are bad or what the disposition will be. I just wanted to give you a heads up. We will let you know about the disposition once it has been decided.
