Zhong, a year ago you officially launched Wingman Studios and the new GAMMON. What has happened in the first twelve months since the kick off?Time flew by really fast. In particular, the early days were sometimes quite nerve-wracking and pushed us to our limits - but I mean that absolutely positively. Today I'm extremely happy about this experience and the learning curve that comes with it. We started completely from scratch - like a real start-up. At the beginning everything was a bit chaotic with our small team and in our improvised office space. We have become extremely professional over the course of the recent months. Especially when it comes to structures and processes. Nevertheless, we still depend on being fast and agile. When I presented my business plan to the board four years ago, I didn't know how realistic my calculation really was. Especially since we set our goals pretty high. Today I can say: We almost hit the nail on the head with our plans - and that makes me really proud!
