Explore the stopped motor combined with reduced abdominal breathing and lip pure lip reduction of abdominal breathing on pulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage effects Yu Qing Yi Lian Zhang Jin, Zhao Chunjiao Deng Minfang (First people's Hospital of Nanning in Nanning, Guangxi 530022)Objective to study the swing arms exercise combined with lip reduction of abdominal breathing exercises and simple lip reduction-belly respiration on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) effects of stable patients with pulmonary function, provides scientific basis of lung rehabilitation exercise in patients with COPD. Methods: patients during COPD stability period in 122 cases, randomly divided into two groups (swing arms Athletic Union contracted lips belly breathing), and the control group (simple lip reduction of abdominal breathing), 61 patients in each group. Nursing staff under the guidance of the group exercise, joint contracted lips stopped the experimental group abdominal breathing exercises, control group contracted lips abdominal breathing exercises. Observation period is 6 months, were observed in all patients with pulmonary function (FEV1, FVC, and FEV1/FVC). Results: compared to the experimental group and the control group and lung function (FEV1, FVC, and FEV1/FVC) were improved, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion: walk away exercise combined with lip reduction of abdominal breathing exercises to improve lung function in COPD patients than simple lip reduction on abdominal breathing exercises.
