一例犬巴贝斯虫病的诊疗报告

摘要:犬巴贝斯虫病是一种非常常见的犬类疾病，对犬类危害很大，多发生在经常活动于草地上的1岁左右的犬类。2015年4月26日，一例8个月大的圣伯纳犬来院就诊。传染病化验，血常规检测、粪便检查，显示犬瘟热、细小均为阴性，白细胞总数升高明显，红细胞总数严重下降，粪便里有蛔虫。没有进一步确诊，只对患犬做了简单的注射治疗。4月28日，由于病情加重，进行了血涂片检测，发现其红细胞内有巴贝斯虫虫体，确诊患犬所得为巴贝斯虫病。经过一星期的住院治疗，其中包括输液、注射和口服治疗，患犬基本痊愈。本文还就犬巴贝斯虫病诊断方法，流行特点、以及巴贝斯虫的危害做了进一步的讨论。

On April 26, 2015, a 8-month-old Saint Bernard dog of outpatients. Laboratory of infectious diseases, blood test, stool examination showed canine distemper and tiny were negative, and elevated white blood cell counts visible, serious decline in total number of red blood cells, worms in the feces. No further confirmed, just made a simple injection in the treatment of dogs. April 28, due to illness, a blood smear test and found the babesia parasite inside the red blood cells, diagnosed with proceeds of canine babesiosis. After a week of hospitalization, including the infusions, injections and oral treatment, dog is cured. Also canine babesiosis diagnosis, epidemiological characteristics, as well as the hazards of babesia is discussed further in.Key words: Canine; babesia treatment
