Après avoir très bien fonctionné pendant 1 an, mon PC portable s’est mis à bloquer systématiquement dans les 5 premières minutes d'un jeu. Le ventilateur s'activait bruyamment juste avant le blocage complet du PC. Obligé de relancer le PC en appuyant longuement sur le bouton Power. Le principal jeu utilisé était Counter Strike (CS-GO).
J’ai réinitialisé complétement Windows, mis à jour tous les drivers, mais le problème persistait. J’ai donc sollicité le support Gigabyte le 13/09/2016 sur les recommandations de mon revendeur (LDLC Paris).
