Hi Carlos,As YH mentioned, internal variation and internal reconciliation (i.e. who to pay) are still under high level discussions among CBF Board level. However, my take for this is that to get the cash of settlement payment received from Orsted split to Century and Bladt now, but leave the internal variation to high level discussions. It doesn't sense and no reason (for both Century and Bladt) at all to keep the money in the bank account that either party can touch and use at all. It is annual year-end closing for finance and accounting for both parties, and therefore I believe it is with financial/accounting benefit to both parties to get this money into each other's account. For your comofrt, I can hereby confirm that:Notwithstanding that the Parties (i.e. Century and Bladt) split the settement payment paid by Orsted without considering internal variation and internal reconciliation, the internal variation and internal reconciliation shall stay valid. For the avoidance of doubt, the split of settment payment paid by Orsted shall not construe any waiver from Bladt or Century for the internal vairation and internal reconciliation. Please give me a call if you have other concern, thanks.Regards,Stephen+886-966-521-752
