1. Contact with customer for support claim defect part and data quality in-process (Thai & Japanese member)<br>2. Analysis root cause of return defect part from customer and investigate process (Assembly part, Press part and mold part), Isue 5 why report and FTA<br>3. Cooperate with team to follow take action in countermeasure report<br>4. Control and take monitoring of problem defect in-process to prevent re-occurrence<br>5. Making and control issue 5M change (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement) in-process to customer<br>6. Making and present quality with customer for explain to reduce defect and improve quality in process and customer claim every month (Improvement plan contest)<br>7. Support customer audit (Annual audit), Patrol process and join PQC section for supplier audit<br>8. Making and Presentation Quality Monthly every month and setting working plan to all concern section<br>9. Summary defect in process, customer claim and countermeasure and plan on next month<br>10. Training all engineer about operation flow, 5 Why report, customer contacting.<br>11. Join meeting, check and audit supplier process.
