【摘要】：建设工程项目合同管理是建设工程管理的一项非常重要的内容，作为一个合同管理人员，必须在熟悉工程项目合同的特点和有关内容的基础上，严格对合同履行和变更进行管理。只有这样，才能保证建设工程项目合同的正常履行。工程项目建设的控制归根到底是合同履行问题，所以，加强建设工程项目合同管理是十分必要的。文章仅从工程项目施工合同管理方面展开讨论。
