Hallo am 7.2 kam mein paket ich habe es nicht an die tür geschafft als ich aufgemacht habe war der lieferrant schon weg.Ich habe im Briefkasten geguckt aber habe kein abhohlschein,habe nur eine.e-mail bekommen.Habe bei meinen nachbarn gefraht weil im.erdgeschoss wohnt noch eine Familie Öztürk aber die haben auch kein abholschein im Briefkasten.ich war gestern an der packstation aber nur mit der sendenummer kann man es nicht holen.Meine frage ist jetzt was soll ich tun? Oder können sie da was machen?
