Nokia NET should agree to offer all Care Services on its standard term i.e. ninety five percent (95%) or more compliance with the Service Level Agreement in respect of the Services in any month period. In addition , SLA for software support shall only include compatibility of software release with its current and one backward version ( N-1) though Nokia NET shall use its reasonable endeavors to support ( N-2) i.e software version older than two release. Such software support shall be subject to Life Extender or Extended Software Release Support approval process as and when notified to the customer.
