We were there for 21 hours stopover. The gentleman in the front desk was very helpful. He tried his best to make us feel comfort as we were there at 7am. It was too early for check-in. He could tell we were tired from our long flight. He organized breakfast so we could have something to eat and drink while we were waiting for the cleaners coming to work. BTW the hotel breakfast was awesome! Food were freshly prepared with lots of varieties to choose from. We didn't have time to try the local food, but we had tried several things in the breakfast. The room and facility are standard to Sheraton group. What out of our expectation is the helpfulness, the politeness and the professionalism from the frontdesk and the assistant manager.
