有關109板建字第173號建照工程工地火災意外一案，業已違反 建築法第63條之規定，爰依同法第89條規定各處監、承照人新台幣9萬元整罰款，且自即日起勒令停工後續提具改善計畫，並由第三方公正單位提出鑑定報告確認結構安全無虞後，提報新北市工務局辦理復工。
