XI. RECEPTION PROVISOIRE

La réception provisoire est prononcée lorsque l’ensemble de la liaison en câble OPGW et leuraccessoire est déclaré conforme par ONEE après installation et essai de la liaison fibre optique et fourniture du dossier technique en 2 exemplaires sur papier et sur CD.
Cette réception est sanctionnée par un procès verbal de réception provisoire signé par ONEE et le contractant.

XII. RECEPTION DEFINITIVE

La réception définitive est prononcée 12 mois après la réception provisoire, pour autant que la liaison par câble OPGW ait fonctionné sans anomalie de son fait.

En cas d’anomalie du fait du câble OPGW ou de ses accessoires, la réception définitive est reportée d’une durée égale à celle de l’interruption due à l’anomalie sus citée.
