All purchase orders, traveling via air and ocean, must be authorized and confirmed through our designated Forwarder who will receive authorization and approval from L.L.Bean Hong Kong Shipping department and/or L.L.Bean Logistics department as appropriate.

Seven to ten days prior to the turnover date, contact our nominated Forwarder and provide the following information:

•Origin
•Shipper name
•L.L.Bean Purchase Order number
•Style number (item number)
•Cartons
•Pieces
•Cubic measurement
•Number and type of containers requested
•Weight
•Turnover date
•Distribution center code
•If air shipment, advise if freight charges are collect or air/sea difference
•Specify if Purchase Order is CR (continuous replenishment) or F&W (contains fish and wildlife product)
