nasal stuffiness with purulent rhinorhrea for 1+ week, NO with mouth breathe and poor sleep midnight awakening, PND with productive cough with purulent sputum, headache over forehead and facial maxilla fullness pain, smell affected, s/p other clinic Tx and Amoxicillin given 3 days but s/s no improved, PE: PND (+), bil maxilla tenderness (+), yellowish thick nasal discharge was suctioned out A: acute bacterial sinusitis P: 1. ENT local Tx 2. oral antibiotics Augmentin for sinusitis

有膿性rhinorhrea鼻塞1+週，NO用嘴呼吸，睡眠不好半夜醒來，PND與膿性痰咳嗽，頭痛在前額和面部頜骨豐滿疼痛，嗅覺的影響，S / P其他診所Tx和阿莫西林給出3天，但S / S沒有改善，PE：PND（+），BIL頜骨壓痛（+），淡黃厚鼻涕被吸出
一個：急性細菌性鼻竇炎

2.口服抗生素汀鼻竇炎

鼻塞與化膿性鼻血1+周，NO與嘴呼吸和睡眠不良午夜覺醒，PND與生產性咳嗽與化膿性痰，頭痛前額和麵部最大飽滿疼痛，氣味受影響，s/p其他診所Tx和阿莫西林給予3天，但s/s沒有改善，PE：PND（+），膽汁壓痛（*），黃色厚鼻分泌
A：急性細菌性坐音炎
P： 1. ENT 本地 Tx
2. 口服抗生素 增強性為陰陰炎

結果 (繁體中文) 3:

鼻塞伴化膿性鼻出血1+周，無口呼吸，睡眠差，半夜醒來，PND伴化膿性痰咳咳，頭痛前額及面部上頜骨腫痛，有异味，s/p其他臨床給予Tx及阿莫西林3天，s/s無改善，PE:PND+，bil上頜骨壓痛+，把淡黃色的濃鼻涕吸出來
A：急性細菌性鼻竇炎
P：一。耳鼻喉科
2。口服抗生素增強劑治療鼻竇炎
