In this research, t-test analysis using for gender and ANOVA test for other demographic factors in order to examine the difference existence among each observed latent variable and analysis of variance (ANOVA) observed the impact of demography variable on each variable. Demographic factors consist of Age, Religion, Marital status, Education background, Occupation, Household size, Income of customers. Observed variables include Service Quality, Perceived Value for Money, Product Quality Perception, Relationship Benefits, Variety Seeking Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty.
