Discussing Cards During Hand
Any chat or observations during a hand that may alter the outcome of that hand should be avoided at all costs.
In most cases, we only need to issue a warning, but if the player continues to discuss their cards, we can suspend their chat until they call in. This includes coaching another player on how to act.
The actions we take in ascending increments are as follows:
· First Offense
o Issue warning by email.
· Second Offense
o Disable chat and have the player call or email in. Re-enable chat once player has contacted us.
· Third Offense
o Send email and disable chat for 15 days.
· Fourth Offense
o Disable chat permanently.
Pretending to Be an Employee
Players can’t at any time, pretend to be an employee - it brings the integrity of the site into question. This’ll result in an immediate chat disable, but once the player calls in and is made to understand this isn’t permitted, we can re-enable right away.
