Testing was conducted using the uniaxial shaking table ANCO R-
148 at KOERI of Bogazici University. Earthquake acceleration records
are given as input data to control the motion of this servohydraulic
actuator driven, 3 3 3-m shaking table using a digital data control
and acquisition system. A feedback accelerometer mounted on the
shaking table sends the acceleration information to the digital control
system, and this system sends an analog drive signal to the actuator
