I have spoken again to the client about their samples and they are making the polycarbonate models locally here in Australia so for now the factory does not need to do anything with the castings.



For the seals, the client still needs to get samples made that have been modified as per img011 so can we please get that happening ASAP?



As per their original instructions the client needs:



2pcs x Natural Rubber 60 Duro

2pcs x Buna Nitrile 60 Duro



NOTE: The client has stressed the importance of having the “ribs” on the outside of the bellow area of the seal, because this feature is very important in helping the seals grip the casting when they are under pressure. See detail section at the bottom right of img010 JH attached that refers to the ribs.



Please find out when the modified seals are likely to be ready and advise.
