The SAIBT Academic Directorate are unable to approve your request for Leave based on the evidence you have provided.

As we were unable to verify the medical Certificate you provided, we request further medical evidence of your Grandfathers condition. As SAIBT will be authenticating any evidence provided It is important that all medical documents submitted have a clear contact number, email address and preferably a contact person.

The Academic Directorate will consider your application for leave on Monday 30 November 2015 at 2pm (Adelaide time). Failure to provide adequate evidence that supports your request for leave may result in your application being rejected.
