The role of leader in corporate social responsibility is the trend in recent years. Especially senior managers, the organization is able to influence the shadow of corporate social responsibility (Waldman & Siegel, 2008). CSR method will affect the leadership style of the company's senior management subject. Therefore, differences in leadership style led to different methods and social responsibility scale enterprises. Leadership style and corporate CSR is real shallow and interactive (Du, Swaen, Lindgreen and Sen, 2013), the CSR can be seen as well as leadership performance results (Groves and LaRocca, 2012 years). Enterprise by establishing people's role models, so the leader can be organizational values, moral development because employees make them sensitive to corporate social responsibility (Snell 2000)
