For 4 weeks, mice were injected
6-OHDA or saline and, were subjected to ST or
remained sedentary. With this protocol, we
demonstrated that ST protected the striatum of mice
against oxidative stress, neuroinflammation as well as
the decrease of DA, DOPAC and HVA levels caused by
6-OHDA exposure.
