The final questionnaire is structured in four sections. Section 1 is aimed to asses cruisers’ onshore expenditure categories (e.g. expenses for accommodation, food and beverage, recreational activities, shopping, local transport, etc.). Section 2 consists of a set of questions designed to ascertain the likelihood a cruiser will recommend the destination visited to others and the number of friends advised. Section 3 includes questions aimed to assess respondents’ satisfaction with cruise destination. Finally, Section 4 is focused on socio-demographic variables, e.g., gender, age, country of origin, marital status, occupation, etc.
