Audit Standards1. All women with thyroid disease should have their thyroid function and anti-TSH receptor antibody checked at booking.2. All women with thyroid disease should have a documented plan for the management of their thyroid disease during pregnancy, including the frequency of thyroid function tests.3. All women with positive anti-TSH receptor antibodies should have serial scans arranged, as per this protocol.4. All hyperthyroid women and/or women with positive anti-TSH receptor antibodies should be referred to a neonatologist in pregnancy.5. All hyperthyroid women and/or women with positive anti-TSH receptor antibodies should have their anti-TSH receptor antibody re-checked at 30 weeks.6. All hyperthyroid women and/or women with positive anti-TSH receptor antibodies should have cord bloods taken at delivery for TSH & FT4 at delivery.
