Dear Officers：

I'm a student of FIA.I have already passed FAB,FMA and FFA.The last exam FFA was passed on 3 April 2015 in Hainan ZBCT CBE Exam Center.I am sure I will go on taking all the next exams of ACCA and I am eagerly to take the written examination in June this year. I was told before that it needs 1~2 working days to change from FIA to ACCA,so I made the choice to take the last exam(FFA) on 3 April so that I can change to ACCA before 8 April and apply the next exam of June this year.But after I have passed all the first three classes I found that I was still a FIA rather than ACCA,I was seriously worried so I called UK ACCA office at 7 April 2015 and was told that it's all bacause of the exam system's unavailable makes me can't apply the written examination of June before 8 April,this makes me so disappointed and surprised cause i have already make a perfect plan and i was certain to take the next exam of June this year,but now it's the system's reason that i can't change to ACCA and even let me miss the time so i have to pay a very expensive exam fee.I don't think it's my responsibility to take it.And i seriously hope ACCA could give me a single window to apply my next exam alone,cause i am supposed to have changed to an ACCAer under normal circumstances and have the right to apply before 8 April.I really hope you can settle this problem as soon as possible and tell me how i pay for the written examination of June before 8 April.
