第四部分工作主要是专业知识之外的内容，在参与到一个实际的项目实施过程中，了解一个完整项目的各个阶段，重点学习项目是如何实施的。一个完整的项目主要分为5个阶段：准备和启动阶段、计划阶段、执行阶段、监控和调控阶段以及关闭阶段。项目实施主要包括执行阶段、监控和调控阶段两部分，以我所参与的AIDC项目为例，项目实施主要是指各部门按照项目计划书完成该部门的工作，对于我们小组，主要负责系统配置及设计AIDC监控系统的工作，该项工作时间跨度比较大，这是因为给客户展示监控系统的过程中，客户又会提出新的需求，比如页面更加美观、增加某些监测功能等，导致我们又需要在已有的系统的基础上修改或添加某些东西。不仅如此，我们还需要和客户沟通好时间，在协商好的时间下，安排同事去北京和沈阳空管局进行测试和展示工作，测试过程也不会一帆风顺的，当遇到某些未曾预料到的问题时，我们需要暂停工作来解决问题，从而使项目可以顺利实施。
最后总结一下，通过本次实习，不仅学习到了有关AIDC和项目管理的专业知识，还提高了沟通能力和团队协作能力等。这些东西只有参与到公司的某些歌实际项目中去才可以真正体会到，在此，我想特别感谢学院和AIT公司给了我这次实习的机会，还要感谢王佩经理和郝敬堂在实习过程中对我的教导和帮助。

Project implementation main including implementation stage, and monitoring and regulation stage two part, to I by participation of AIDC project for cases, project implementation main is refers to the sector according to project plans book completed the sector of work, for we group, main is responsible for system configuration and the design AIDC monitoring system of work, the items work time span compared big, this is because to customer show monitoring system of process in the, customer and will proposed new of needs, like page more beautiful, and increased some monitoring function,, Cause on the basis of existing systems, we need to modify or add something. Not only that, we also need to communicate with customers time and at the agreed time, arranged for colleagues to test and demonstrate in Beijing and Shenyang air traffic management Bureau, the testing process will be uneven, when faced with some unexpected issues, we need to work to solve the problem, so that the project can be successfully implemented.To summarise, this practice not only learn about AIDC and project management expertise, improve communication and teamwork skills. Implementation of the project mainly includes the implementation phase, monitoring and control stages of two parts, in order to participate in the AIDC project as an example, the implementation of the project is to refer to the departments in accordance with the project plan to complete the work of the Department, for our group,Mainly responsible for system configuration and design of AIDC monitoring system, the work time span is relatively large, which is due to the customer to show the process of monitoring and control system, the customer will put forward new requirements, such as the page is more beautiful, increase the monitoring function, resulting in the need to modify or add some things on the basis of the existing system.
