The droplet mean diameter obtained by TEM was in good agreement with the results obtained with DLS. Small droplets were formed using lowamounts of PR, while relatively large droplets were produced using large amounts of PR. Dropletsizes (mean ± SD) were 32.30 ± 1.89, 33.25 ± 0.99, 100.59 ± 6.99, and 260.80 ± 17.25 nm for PR-NE(PR 1.2 mg mL−1), PR-NE (PR 3 mg mL−1), PR-NE (PR 6 mg mL−1) and PR-NE (PR 9 mg mL−1),respectively.
