This is an "insanely delicious" cake recipe that I always loved to eat growing up in Thailand. Crunchy, buttery, caramelly cashew crust on top of a moist, tender mocha cake....it's coffee, chocolate, butter and caramel all in one place, what could be better?? It's also very easy to make, so don't worry even if you're not an experienced baker!
