What is the difference between this

What is the difference between this ones and the regular Vicks pads, are this ones for adults or just babies?
Answer: I bought this one for my baby because there is no menthol in it. I believe that it can be used by adult since i sleep in the same room than my baby. But i can't compare with the regular ones since i have never tried them.
