Objective iatrogenic gastrointestinal perforation (including acute or delayed perforations) and intra-abdominal infections were treated with continuous peritoneal lavage effectiveness and security. Methods October 1, 2012 - October 1, 2016 Second Hospital of Harbin Medical endoscopy and gastroenterology treatments, and gastrointestinal perforation have occurred in patients with peritoneal contamination or infection, 28 cases (including acute intraoperative perforation 17 cases, 11 cases of postoperative delayed perforation). Its closure endoscopic surgery, to give continuous peritoneal lavage observed symptoms and signs of peritonitis, body temperature, heart rate and white blood cells in patients with changes recorded postoperative hospital stay and treatment costs. Results All patients could quickly control abdominal infections, peritonitis symptoms and signs disappeared, no abscess formation, and none required surgery. Conclusions continued peritoneal lavage and abdominal contamination or infection is simple, effective, reasonable and safe procedure for treatment of acute and delayed iatrogenic gastrointestinal perforation caused by a powerful guarantee gastrointestinal endoscopic treatment technology, worthy of promotion.
