目的 研究医源性消化道穿孔（包括急性或迟发性穿孔）并腹腔感染患者采用持

目的 研究医源性消化道穿孔（包括急性或迟发性穿孔）并腹腔感染患者采用持续腹腔冲洗的有效性和安全性。方法 收集2012年10月1日-2016年10月1日哈医大二院消化内科内镜检查及治疗中，发生消化道穿孔并有腹腔污染或感染的患者，共28例（其中术中急性穿孔17例，术后迟发性穿孔11例）。对其进行内镜下闭合术，术后给予持续腹腔冲洗，观察患者腹膜炎症状及体征、体温、心率及白细胞变化情况，记录术后住院时间及治疗费用。结果 所有患者均能迅速控制腹腔感染，腹膜炎症状及体征消失，无脓肿形成，无一例需外科手术。结论 持续腹腔冲洗是治疗医源性急性及迟发性消化道穿孔所导致的腹腔污染及或感染的简单、有效、合理安全的治疗方法是消化道内镜治疗技术的有力保障，值得临床推广。
