浅谈对《护理学教育》的认识

摘 要

护理学20世纪70年代以来，随着社会经济的发展以及医学护理模式的转变，是护理学正处于从原来属于自然科学中生物医学范畴向自然科学和社会科学相互交叉的范畴转变。护理学教育正沿着微观深入和宏观扩展方向发展。把护理学教育看成是一种服务业，是一种可以交易的服务产品，这意味着庞大现行学校体系运行方式将彻底改变。因此，我们应挑起时代赋予我们的重任，积极参与护理学教育改革，培养出一批高素质且又符合社会发展需要的护理人才。本文论述了护理学的认识及当前护理学教育的现状，同时阐明了护理学教育中的人文教育，如人文教育的发展趋势、调整课程结构旨在深化护理教育改革，培养新世纪护理人才。

Nursing education is along the depth and direction of the development of micro macro expansion. The nursing education as a service industry, is a kind of can trade service product, which means that the operation mode of large current school system will completely change. Therefore, we should make the burden of our era endowed, actively participate in the nursing education reform,Cultivate a group of high quality and can meet the needs of the social development of nursing personnel. This paper discusses the cognition of nursing and the current status of nursing education, and clarifies the Nursing Humanities Education in education, such as the development trend of humanistic education, adjusting the structure of curriculum is to deepen the reform of nursing education, the cultivation of nursing talents in the new century.
