Incoming First-Years,

I am a third year student in the Economics PhD program that you all are about to begin. I will be out of town from July 21-Aug 1 so I figured I would see if any of you may be interested in subletting my place during that time as you settle in and find places of your own (July 21 is the day before Math Camp begins). See below for details.

About the place:
- One bedroom
- Furnished (all my stuff will be there)
- 15 minute walk to the center of campus (there is also a convenient bus)
- There a nice kitchen w/dishwasher, a working/study area, in-apartment laundry, internet, cable tv
- Parking spot if you need it
- I have attached a few pictures to give you an idea

Dates & Asking Price:
- I'm asking for $550 for the whole time [July 21-Aug 1]. If you're only interested in some of the days we can negotiate a lower price.
