Thank you for contacting us. It sounds like the new .mp4 file you have uploaded did not fully upload or sync with google drive and it produced that error message. Can you tell me what the file size and length of the video you are trying to receive? Additionally, have you tried going to drive.google.com and seeing if the file was received on your drive? Please note that videos over 60 minutes in length may not properly sync and should be broken down into smaller parts.
