wir haben leider einige Punkte, die die weitere Zusammenarbeit in Frage stellen - ich hoffe, Sie können diese klären:
• Frau Liu antwortet nicht auf meine Mails bezüglich der Sitzverlegung (siehe Anlage)
• Beim aktuellen Jahresabschluss wurde uns gestern eine Version mit einer Ergebnisreduzierung von ca. 450 TEUR zugesendet, die dadurch begründet ist, dass letztjährige Nachbucbungen jetzt erst einbezogen wurden - obwohl Ihre Gesellschaft auch die laufende Buchhaltung für uns macht (siehe Anlage).

Vor allem der letzter Punkt muss geklärt werden, da dies zu massiven Irritationen geführt hat und es von Rödl&Partner sichergestellt werden muss, dass wir uns auf die Abschlusszahlen - eagl in welcher Form - immer verlassen können.
