Hello everyone,
An update to our Antivirus and vulnerability applications has caused an issue with the operation of these applications which are showing up as the Antivirus application either failing to load or failing to update itself correctly.
Over the next few weeks new versions of both of these applications will be rolled out to your computer / Laptop. During this process LANDesk will request you shut down and restart your computer.
When you see this message and at a time that is convent with you can you please close all your open application and restart your computer / laptop.
