Are you aware of the requirement to log the incoming and outgoing MAC addresses on the units when received and shipped? This is extremely important especially in instances where the motherboard has been replaced.

Also are you aware that you need to apply the new MAC address label to the unit when a motherboard is replaced.

Also when imaging a unit it is important to note that the computer and MAC address on the unit match.

See attached RMA receiving and closing procedure. Please reference RMA 88052-2 where the motherboard was replace but the MAC addresses were not recorded. The customer is saying that the MAC address on the unit does not match the internal MAC address programmed into the unit.

We will need to bring these units back into the service center to rectify the issues. Seems to affect about 20 units but I can only find RMAs for a few.
