A very small number of research have been done on the morpho logical and structural regulation of PBA self-supported electrode materials, despite the fact that the majority of papers are centered primarily on the chemical composition of PBA catalysts. Structures with shortrange order, long-range disorder, and a lot of dangling bonds are known as pseudoamorphous materials. They have more structuralflaws, a higher density of catalytically active sites, and a greater specific surface area than crystalline materials [23,24]. As opposed to amorphous materials, it also possesses crystalline characteristics and more stable structure [24,25]. Elmaalouf et al. obtained a pseudoamorphous IrO2 material with excellent OER activity and stability by introducing Mo into IrO2 structure [24].
