If the delivery terms dictates that GD-OTS is responsible for the shipping to the end destination, then, GD-OTS takes exception to: "The Seller shall be responsible for any additional insurance premium incurred because of the age or classification of the vessel arranged by the Seller."
Please provide clarification as to what are the regions restricted by Government of the R.O.C. so we may forward this information to our freight forwarder(s).
GD-OTS is in discussions with freight forwarders concerning “no on-deck shipment …..” and the other restrictions as per above. We cannot provide a comment at this time.
