In the individual report, each student in a group is required to, based on the group’s designated cuisine,1) todeviseadinnermenuofthecuisinetheyworkinthegroupprojectforaspecificgroup of travellers with suggestions on pairing beverages.Each student should identify the characteristics of that group of travellers and suggest a dinner menu that best meets their needs in food & beverages. Students are also required to:2) justify their suggestions of each food & beverage item in the dinner menu, AND3) specify the appropriate dining etiquette of that cuisine with reference to its culture with detailed elaboration for the travellers to take note of.Each student draws lots to decide which of the following groups of travellers they need to devise the dinner menu for (no duplication among members in the same group is allowed):
