Equipment specific Maintenance Manual
No later than 30 (thirty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with MEBESA SRL’s Engineer, evolve an equipment specific maintenance manual for equipment based on a new technology not currently in use in the Dreams Palma Nova (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular operation and maintenance of such equipment in conformity with safety requirements, Good Industry Practice and manufacturer’s manuals and instructions and shall provide 10 (ten) hard copies and 2 (two) compact discs thereof to MEBESA SRL’s Engineer.
