The schematic diagram of DMFC with double-layered catalystcathode was shown in Figure 1. The catalyst layer is made upof the inner layer and the outer layer. Homemade Pt/C was used as cathode outer layer with metal loading of 2 mg cm−2, and the homemade Pt/CeO2-C was used as cathode inner layer with metal loading of 0.5 mg cm−2.
