According to the Report, the Susceptor may look like a reject.
But that’s only because INNOLUX has set extremely strict criteria to meet.
Even Samsung doesn’t give us a hard time by setting such criteria. They have no such standard.
Hope you guys understand our situation here.
It’s not like the 2nd Susceptor has 20% of failure rate.
We check each point several times and if there were just one single point of fail, we marked it.
Are you really going to accept the suceptor only if there’s no failure point at all??
Don’t you have any standard that we can decide whether it’s Okay or Not?
We are now testing another recipe to enforce its coating.
And if the result is good enough we will apply it to our 3rd Susceptor.
